 Aromatherapy- Breathe in calm, breathe out rest.  Aromatic pure essential oils wrap you in a soft cloud of scent, enhancing mood, wellness and guiding your mind and body into effortless tranquility.  Your choice of pure essential oil mixed with massage cream  $10 full body

Arnica Oil - Natures answer to overworked muscles.  Infused with arnicas soothing botanicals, the natural anti- inflammatory targets muscles to melt away soreness and support faster recover. $20 full body

CBD Oil - Grounded, calm and deeply restored. Premium hemp derived oil eases tension, supports muscle recovery, reduces inflammation and invites total body serenity.  $10 spot treat/ $30 full body

Massage Gun - Targeted high-frequency percussion therapy loosens stubborn knots, breaks up tightness, boosts circulation and accelerates muscle recovery $10/10 minutes 

Cupping Therapy - Silicone cups are used to gently glide over and lift tissue to improve circulation, release tension and stagnant energy. $10 targeted areas

Cryotherapy- Cool and refresh with chilled steel rollers that sweep across the skin, reducing puffiness and inflammation while awakening the senses.  $5 targeted areas

Heated Stone Massage- Smooth, heated stones glide over your body, melting away stress, grounding the spirit, and encouraging deep relaxation and circulation.  $10

Snooze Button - Everyone asks for it, why not make it a thing! At the end of the massage, we quietly exit the room and return 10 minutes later for your wake-up call. *Must book in advance to allow extra time. $10/10 minutes
